Luxury 1BR Condo Near Palm Harbor Beach – Sleeps 4, Gated Community

This is a wonderful property that I highly recommend! The condo was very clean and quiet. David was responsive and informative. We'll be back!

We stayed for 2 months.We enjoyed the proximity of the Innisbrook location.Our condo felt very private.The kitchen was easy to cook in. The bed was comfortable.Towels were plentiful. It felt roomy for the square footage.Parking was easy.There were no stairs to maneuver.Loved having the laundry room and ice machine only steps away.David was prompt with responses. We are comfortable recommending it ot others.

Property was as advertised. Host was wonderful. Communication was excellent. We will be back!

Lucious and comfortable one bedroom condo in exclusive Palm Harbor gated community. Positive: Perfect condition with all amenities. Beautiful surroundings. Great communication with owner. Great value. Loved the kitchen. TV in bedroom as well as living area with Spectrum. Comfortable bed and furniture. Plenty of seating for multiple guests. Quiet and relaxing. Negative: The outdoor lighting was almost absent, but that wasn’t the owner’s fault. I had trouble finding the back gate at night, again not the owner’s fault. I would have appreciated bottled water or perhaps get one of those water machines. Some have cold and hot water.

Positive: Location and quiet and peaceful atmosphere were great. I liked the fact that the unit was very close to the entrance of Innisbrook, rather than having to drive through the winding roads to get to some of the condo units further inside the property. Negative: Fixtures in bathroom are a bit oddly placed. The soap holder in the shower is mounted at head-level right over the faucet knobs. So when you bend over to turn on/off water, you easily hit your head on the mounted soap holder. This happened to me at least 3 times. Also, towel holder next to the bathroom sink is mounted immediately to the left of the sink on the wall, and sticks out quite a few inches. I hit my left elbow on that at least twice as well.
